About the role:
The Manager will oversee the growth of digital fundraising and community engagement programs to support the financial goals of Bhumi. The Manager will provide coordinated leadership for retail fundraising and engagement activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies to support fundraising across the organization.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Grow retail fundraising by acquiring recent donors
- Engage existing donors to grow their support and contributions
- Engage with volunteers to educate and inspire them to fundraise for the organisation.
- Leverage Bhumi’s website, landing pages, and Google Ads to drive donations
Other Responsibilities include
- Manage relationships with online fundraising platforms
- Help craft compelling stories that connect Bhumi’s impact with donor passions, transforming data and program insights into engaging narratives.
- Oversee donor operations including receipts and communications
