The Civil Assistant Facility Manager (AFM) is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing day -to -day civil maintenance activities within the facility. This includes structural maintenance, building repairs, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance planning, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in civil maintenance, building management, or facility operations.

- Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, or institutional facilities preferred.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of civil maintenance techniques and building materials.

- Understanding of waterproofing, structural repairs, and finishing works.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and FM software (CAFM) is preferred.
