Job Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of Lotherme Repair & Maintenance welding consumables in the assigned region.

- Develop and strengthen relationships with customers in industries using welding solutions.

- Conduct technical discussions, product presentations, and demonstrations to support clients.

- Identify business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and prepare sales strategies.





- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.

- Visit plants, dealers, and industrial clients regularly to expand market presence.

- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer service.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer requirements, and market trends.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Mandatory experience in Welding Consumables sales (Lotherme Range (Repair & Maintenance welding consumables) ).

- Strong technical and application knowledge of welding products.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
