To plan, supervise and improve day-to-day production activities to ensure timely manufacturing of components as per customer specifications, quality standards and production targets. The Production Engineer will coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and PPC teams to achieve efficient and safe manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
- Experience: 1–5 years in a manufacturing/automotive/engineering environment preferred.
- Experience in machining, fabrication, welding, pressing or assembly will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments and basic manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of production planning, process control and shop-floor management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and production reporting.

Working Conditions

The position is primarily shop-floor based and requires regular interaction with machines, operators, supervisors and other departments. The candidate should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and, where required, in shifts.

A hands-on Mechanical/Production Engineer with robust shop-floor discipline, good knowledge of manufacturing processes, the ability to manage operators and production priorities, and a focus on productivity, quality, safety and on-time delivery.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
