We are looking for a motivated and energetic Academic Counsellor to join our training academy in Khammam. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students, handling enquiries, and converting leads into admissions through effective counselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media.
- Counsel students and parents about career-oriented courses.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain daily lead and admission records in the CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and provide excellent student support.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Solid counselling and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Experience in academic counselling, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
