Process Improvement Approach Standardization: Implement structured bookkeeping and reporting templates. Compliance Framework: Establish tax calendars and compliance checklists. Process Efficiency: Automate AP/AR functions and payroll where possible. Internal Controls: Introduce segregation of duties and approval hierarchies.




Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work) General ledger and bookkeeping. Accounts payable and receivable management. Payroll processing (excludes attendance monitoring). Bank and cash reconciliations. Financial reporting and analysis. Tax compliance support (excludes tax audit and managing notices/litigation). Audit support and documentation management (excludes auditor services).
