Skills and Qualifications

- Must exhibit excellence with PeopleSoft Query, Application Designer, BI Publisher, Crystal.
- Must have experience working in both a UNIX and Windows environment
- Must have experience working with Oracle databases 10 or 11G
- Must have experience with PeopleTools 8.49 or higher.
- Must have experience working with Peoplesoft HRMS (Payroll, Time and Labor, Base Benefits, HR).
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to logically troubleshoot technical problems. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Thorough knowledge of systems to support utility operations
- Demonstrated ability to leverage business applications for competitive advantage




- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate with all levels in the organization
- Significant experience of software development tools, scripting tools, and multiple programming languages that effectively support the business applications/environments for the business areas they support.
- Significant experience in providing information for project charters, technical approaches / proof of concept documents, functional / technical designs.
- Possesses valuable communication skills and aptitude to work with business process owners and technical users.
