Tech-support – Job profile

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support CCTV/e-surveillance systems and related applications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, monitoring systems, and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Panel, panel configuration and connectivity.
- Handle technical support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and internal teams for technical problems.
- Monitor system health, camera connectivity, recording status, and other alerts.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, switches, routers, IP cameras, and network connectivity.
- Maintain records of technical incidents, resolutions, and system downtime.
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team.
- Follow up on pending issues and ensure closure within the defined SLA.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance activities when required.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to system issues and technical activities.




- Ensure adherence to company processes and e-surveillance operational standards.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of CCTV and IP surveillance systems.
- Basic knowledge of instrusion panels.
- Knowledge of DVR/NVR and IP cameras.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP address, LAN, switches, routers, and connectivity.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and common IT applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
- Ability to handle multiple technical issues and prioritize critical incidents.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant technical support experience preferred.
- Experience in CCTV/e-surveillance/IT support/network support will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
