Job Title: Freelance Recruiter

Job Summary

To support recruitment activities across multiple business functions. The role involves candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, and recruitment process support.

This is a remote opportunity for professionals with prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through professional networks, job portals, and databases
- Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
- Maintain candidate records and hiring updates
- Ensure timely follow-up with applicants during the recruitment process
- Work closely with the internal recruitment team on open positions
- Maintain skilled and ethical hiring practices

Eligibility Criteria





- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
- Basic understanding of hiring workflows and candidate management

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed during the selection process and will depend on experience and responsibilities.
