Guest Service Executive

Role Description
Responsible for providing a friendly, qualified and efficient customer experience. The Guest Service Executive should understand and assist customers with fish, chicken, mutton and other meat products.
Guest Assistance

- Welcome and greet every customer.
- Understand customer requirements, quantity and preferred cut.
- Guide customers through fish, chicken and mutton varieties.
- Explain basic product information, cuts, portions and preparation options.
- Coordinate special cutting or packing requests with senior staff.
- Ensure customers are attended to promptly.
- Order & Counter Assistance
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Confirm product, quantity, cut and packing requirements.
- Assist with weighing, labelling and packing.
- Coordinate orders between customers and the processing team.
- Ensure the correct product and quantity are handed to the correct customer.Guest Experience
- Maintain polite and professional communication.
- Handle basic customer questions and concerns.
- Escalate dissatisfied customers to the Store Supervisor.
- Assist elderly customers and customers requiring additional help.




- Thank customers before they leave.
- Store Presentation
- Keep display counters neat and attractive.
- Refill products when required.
- Ensure price and product information is displayed correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness of customer-facing areas.
- Billing & Kiosk Support
- Assist customers with POS/self-service kiosk usage.
- Support weighing and billing during rush hours.
- Help resolve basic billing or order-related issues.
- Guest Supervision – Guest Service Executive Monitor the complete customer journey: Entry → Product Selection → Order → Cutting → Packing → Billing → Collection/Delivery.
- Ensure no customer waits unnecessarily.
- Ensure customers understand the ordering process.
- Ensure waiting orders are attended to promptly.
- Ensure the correct product and quantity are delivered.
- The Guest Service Executive must not promise refunds, discounts or product replacements without Store Supervisor approval.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
