Job Description :

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a Web Hosting Company.
- Linux Red hat Certified preferred.
- Excellent Knowledge of Commands in Linux.
- Ability to solve client issues via chats or emails in a perfect manner.
- Technical familiarity with Linux/Windows, managing control panels like cPanel/Plesk Panel, ability to fix issues related to Windows/Linux Servers, IIS, Apache, Emails. MSSQL/ MySQL, WHM/WHMCS.
- Must be familiar with cPanel & Plesk.
- Regularly monitor servers to make sure services are stable.
- We are looking for people with a background in Linux operating system.
- Ideal candidates should have sound knowledge of working on Linux servers from the command line and troubleshooting problems that arise on cPanel servers.
- We are looking for people with a minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience working on cPanel servers. You should be able to issues related to email, MySQL, Apache, PHP, IMAP, pop3, firewall, etc while assisting customers.
- Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written).
- Should be flexible with a 24*7 shift setting.
