- Perform blood collection/phlebotomy from patients and blood donors safely and professionally.
- Verify patient/donor identification and ensure proper labeling of blood samples.
- Follow strict infection control, hygiene and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Handle blood collection tubes, needles and other phlebotomy equipment appropriately.
- Monitor patients/donors during and after blood collection and provide basic assistance in case of dizziness or discomfort.
- Maintain accurate records of collected samples and ensure timely transfer to the laboratory/blood bank.
- Ensure proper storage and transportation of blood samples as per prescribed guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the blood collection area and equipment.
- Coordinate with laboratory, nursing and medical staff as required.
- Report any adverse reactions,



sample issues or collection-related problems to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient/donor information and comply with hospital policies.
- Ability to travel frequently as per job requirements. Ready for Home Collection

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
