Quality Employee – Job Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.

Check size, weight, shape, colour, appearance, and specifications as required.

Identify and separate defective or rejected products.

Conduct quality checks during production.

Ensure products meet the company’s quality standards.

Report any quality issues to the Production Supervisor.

Maintain daily quality inspection and rejection reports.

Check samples and assist with sample approval.

Monitor production quality during the night shift.

Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues

Labour Supervisor – Detailed Job Responsibilities

- 1. Labour Management
- Manage and supervise all workers during the shift.
- Assign daily work and responsibilities to each worker.
- Ensure workers report on time and remain available during duty hours.
- Monitor workers’ attendance, discipline, and performance.
- 2. Production Supervision
- Monitor production activities and ensure work is completed as per the daily target.
- Ensure workers follow the correct production process.
- Check that work is completed properly and on time.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager regarding production requirements.
- 3. Shift Management
- Take proper charge of the assigned shift, especially the night shift.
- Ensure smooth handover between shifts.




- Inform the next shift supervisor about pending work, issues, and production status.
- 4. Worker Discipline & Safety
- Ensure workers follow company rules and safety procedures.
- Make sure workers use required safety equipment.
- Report any accident, unsafe activity, or responsible discipline issue immediately.
- 5. Material & Machine Coordination
- Ensure workers use materials properly and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Coordinate with the concerned department if any machine, material, or production issue occurs.
- Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
- 6. Quality Coordination
- Coordinate with the Quality Department to maintain product quality.
- Ensure workers follow quality instructions.
- Immediately report defective or rejected products to the concerned department.
- 7. Reporting
- Maintain daily labour attendance and work records.
- Prepare daily production/labour reports as required.
- Report manpower shortages, absenteeism, production delays, and other issues to management.
- 8. Housekeeping
- Ensure workers keep the production area clean and organized.
- Make sure waste materials are properly collected and disposed of.
- Overall Responsibility:
- The Labour Supervisor is responsible for managing workers, maintaining discipline, achieving production targets, coordinating with production and quality teams, and ensuring smooth operation of the shift.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
