Position: Pest Control Executive
Department: Pest Control / Business Development
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 2–4 years in pest control, facility management, sales, or a related field
Location: As per business requirements

Job Purpose

To manage and provide professional pest control services to vendors/customers, ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, and develop new vendors/customers to expand the pest control business.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and provide pest control services to vendors/customers as per their requirements.
- Conduct site visits and understand pest control requirements at vendor/customer locations.
- Prepare service plans, quotations, and proposals as required.
- Ensure timely execution of pest control services and maintain proper service records.
- Monitor service quality and resolve customer/vendor complaints promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors/customers.
- Identify and approach new vendors/customers for pest control services.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and other business development activities.




- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in converting new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders, services, and payments.
- Achieve assigned sales, vendor development, and business growth targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pest control safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in pest control, facility management, sales, or business development.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop new vendors/customers.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel for vendor visits and business development.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
