Position Overview

We are looking for Accounts Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of accounting processes, Tally ERP, invoicing, purchase and sales documentation, receivables/payables, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
- Handle Tally ERP Accounting Software.
- Prepare and process:
- E-invoices
- E-way bills
- Purchase bills
- Sales and purchase orders
- Quotations
- Credit notes
- Debit notes
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform bank entries and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain and verify expense vouchers.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Key Requirements

- Thorough working knowledge of Tally ERP Accounting Software.
- Knowledge of invoicing, billing, taxation-related documentation,



and general accounting processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / MBA / BBA or equivalent qualification.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in accounting, preferably with hands-on Tally experience.
- Proactive attitude toward learning and professional growth.
- Valuable interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, fixed, based on experience and interview fitment.
