SUPPLY COORDINATOR (Caregiver Recruitment) — Razano Home Care

Razano is a home healthcare company providing trained caregivers to families. We are hiring a Supply Coordinator to build, verify and manage our pool of qualified caregivers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Recruit GDA, nursing attendants and trained caregivers through job platforms, healthcare institutes, referrals and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates through calls and interviews.
- Verify qualification, experience, identity documents, references and employment history.
- Validate healthcare and nursing experience, including understanding of hospital/home-care roles and responsibilities.
- Check and maintain complete caregiver documentation as per Razano's verification process.
- Maintain an organised pool of verified and ready-to-deploy caregivers by skill, experience, shift, hours and location.
- Match the right caregiver to each client booking based on care requirements and availability.
- Coordinate caregiver deployment and ensure documentation is complete before assignment.
- Continuously recruit and maintain sufficient caregiver supply for upcoming bookings.
- Keep accurate recruitment and verification records using WhatsApp and simple web-based tools.

WHO WE WANT





- Previous experience in healthcare, hospitals, nursing coordination, healthcare recruitment, staffing or HR.
- Candidates with hospital or nursing-sector experience who understand caregiver/GDA roles and healthcare documentation are strongly preferred.
- Experience in candidate verification, document checking, reference checks and experience validation.
- Good understanding of nursing/caregiver qualifications and healthcare work experience.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
- Very organised, detail-oriented, proactive and reliable.
- Comfortable speaking with healthcare workers and candidates on calls.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets and easy web tools.
- Based in Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula.

SALARY

₹15,000/month + ₹300-500 for every caregiver successfully deployed on a booking.

A hardworking and high-performing coordinator can earn well above the base salary through deployment incentives.
