About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our EEVEE SILVER showroom team.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting jewellery products and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
- Explain jewellery designs, product features, pricing and offers.
- Showcase and demonstrate silver jewellery professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain proper presentation and cleanliness of jewellery displays.
- Assist with stock handling and showroom operations.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional grooming standards.
- Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth customer service.




- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
- Presentable personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work toward sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery is an advantage.
- Jewellery or retail sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
