Location: Pappanamcode, Trivandrum

A dental clinic at Pappanamcode, Trivandrum is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Manage patient appointments, calls and follow-ups
- Manage front desk and reception operations
- Handle billing, payments and daily accounts
- Maintain patient records and data entry
- Coordinate appointments and communication with doctors
- Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience

Requirements

- Prior experience as a dental/medical receptionist is preferred
- Confident in billing and payment handling
- Good computer skills and data-entry knowledge
- Confident in reception management
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
- Positive organisational and multitasking skills
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Dental clinic experience will be an advantage
