Job Summary

Startoon Labs is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to manage and optimize sales operations, team planning, CRM activities, follow-ups, performance tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily sales operations, planning, task allocation, and team productivity.
- Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans and targets.
- Manage CRM/TeleCRM activities, ensuring accurate lead updates and timely follow-ups.
- Monitor sales pipelines, pending follow-ups, conversions, and identify gaps or delays.
- Track sales targets, revenue, productivity, and key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular team performance reviews and implement corrective actions where required.




- Identify training needs and coordinate product, process, CRM, and sales training programs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Clinical, Production, Finance, Customer Support, and other teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination of customer requirements, orders, billing, collections, production, and service commitments.
- Develop and improve sales processes, SOPs, workflows, and review mechanisms.
- Prepare sales MIS, dashboards, performance reports, and management updates.
- Analyse sales and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support leadership with sales planning, forecasting, resource planning, and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure accountability, systematic follow-ups, timely execution, and adherence to company processes.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
