Position: PLC Controls Engineer
Location: Sulur
Experience: 3 Years****
Industry: Industrial Automation / Machine Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and program PLC-based control systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot HMI and SCADA systems.
- Perform machine commissioning and testing at customer sites.
- Prepare electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve automation and control system issues.
- Coordinate with design, production, and service teams.
- Support installation, startup, and after-sales technical activities.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience with PLCs such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Delta, or Omron.




- Knowledge of HMI, VFDs, Servo Drives, Sensors, and Industrial Communication Protocols.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot control systems.
- Willingness to travel for commissioning and customer support.

- Motion Control & Servo Systems
- SCADA Development
- Electrical Panel Design
