Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, preferably with strong end-to-end implementation and rollout experience. The ideal candidate should have good functional expertise in SAP Controlling and the ability to work closely with business users, finance teams, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA CO implementation and rollout projects.
- Gather business requirements, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and translate business processes into SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP CO modules, including:
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Cost & Revenue Allocation
- Work on integration of SAP CO with FI, MM, PP and SD modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements and forms.
- Perform configuration, unit testing, integration testing and support UAT.
- Prepare test scripts, user manuals and other project documentation.
- Support data migration,



master data validation and reconciliation activities.
- Identify and resolve functional issues during implementation, testing and post-go-live support.
- Participate in cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
- Provide end-user training and support business users during SAP adoption.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices.
- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of SAP CO experience with strong hands-on functional knowledge.
- Mandatory experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project.
- Strong understanding of SAP CO configuration and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders and Product Costing.
- Robust understanding of FI-CO integration.
- Exposure to integration with MM, PP and SD is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates who have worked on implementation/rollout projects rather than only production support will be preferred.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Engineering or similar process industries will be an advantage but not mandatory.
- SAP certification in SAP CO / S/4HANA Finance is desirable.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
