About Vista Residency
Vista Residency is an established interior design and execution company with over 35 years of experience, specializing in high-end residential interiors and bespoke spaces in Delhi.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Interior Designer to join our team and take ownership of residential interior projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development to final execution
- Develop design concepts, layouts, furniture plans, material palettes and detailed presentations
- Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, working drawings and detailed drawings
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and consultants throughout the project
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution is as per approved designs and drawings
- Coordinate with the execution team to resolve design and site-related issues
- Prepare and review details for furniture, false ceiling, flooring, wall treatments, kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, lighting and other interior elements
- Select and coordinate materials, finishes, fixtures and furniture
- Ensure design quality, detailing and execution standards are maintained
- Manage multiple project requirements and timelines effectively




- Guide junior designers and coordinate with the wider design team

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of professional experience in interior design
- Strong experience in residential interiors, preferably high-end/luxury projects
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and working drawings
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, construction and interior detailing
- Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings
- Strong space-planning and design skills
- Experience coordinating with contractors and vendors
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines
- A good eye for proportion, detailing, materials and aesthetics
- Experience in SketchUp, 3D visualization or rendering software will be an added advantage
