Reports to:

Manager - Quality Control.

Required Qualification:

B. Sc. (Chemistry) /M. Sc. (Chemistry)/ Alcohol Tech.

Qualified Experience:

0.6 to 1.5 Years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Tetra Pak inspection to meet quality parameters and approvals taken from QC/Production/ Tetra department heads on daily basis.

- Updating of QC documents as per JDPL standards.

- Maintain nonconformance/on hold records, and if leakages are found then the packages to be replaced and sent for dispatch.

- To maintain batch numbers & record MRP changes in all lines.

- Maintain DM plant parameters like PH, TDS, Regeneration process.

- Conduct dissolving test on a weekly basis and take necessary approvals from the site in charge.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Other Requirements:

Excellent command over English, Kannada & Loca Language.
