Team Lead / Senior Project Manager

Experience: 15+ Years

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 Project Engineers across multiple projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning to commissioning.
- Review project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding project status and critical issues.
- Ensure project profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and guide junior engineers.
- Have experience at EHV level 132/220KV - Estimation/ Planning/ Execution

Candidates with prior experience in managing project teams and handling multiple sites will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
