Position: Junior HR Executive / HR Executive

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HRMIS data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain personnel files and HR records.
- Coordinate with plant departments for manpower planning and HR support.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant workplace.
- Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, attendance, and payroll.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
