Experience- Minimum 3 - 5 years (Tele Sales or Admission counselling or sales )

Notice Period - Looking for Immediate joiner

Location - Kochi, Kerala

Responsibilities and Duties

- Proven Experience are required
- Robust students counseling and interpersonal abilities
- Student-centric approach
- Daily Follow-ups
- Converting leads into Walk-in with prospective students regarding courses, admissions, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through phone calls, video meetings, and in-person interactions.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to maximize conversions




- Support applicants in completing application and documentation requirements.
- Handle inquiries generated through digital campaigns, events, referrals.
- Maintain & Update accurate records in CRM systems
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with academic departments and administrative teams.
- Prepare admission reports and counseling activity summaries
