Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM HelpDesk Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HelpDesk modules. In this role, you will bridge the gap between HR operations and technical teams, optimizing service delivery and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support for Oracle Fusion HCM HelpDesk.
- Design, configure, and customize HR HelpDesk workflows, service requests, agent queues, and ticketing routing rules.
- Gather functional requirements from business stakeholders and map them to Oracle HCM best practices.
- Conduct functional testing, resolve post-implementation issues,



and provide ongoing platform maintenance.
- Train end-users and create functional documentation, user guides, and process flows.

Key Requirements

- 8+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Proven expertise specifically in Oracle Fusion HR HelpDesk implementation and setup.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes, service request management, and HR service delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹128,783.06 - ₹5,093,109.12 per year

Experience:

- Oracle HCM: 5 years (Required)
- Help desk: 3 years (Required)
