Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive with 1–2 years of experience to identify, research, and generate qualified business leads that convert into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients/businesses through online research, databases, and networking
- Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients
- Qualify leads based on company requirements and pass them to the sales/business development team
- Schedule meetings/calls between prospects and the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in CRM/trackers




- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships
- Achieve monthly/weekly lead generation targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, or business development (recruitment/staffing industry experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil)
- Robust research and networking skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and basic CRM usage
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
