About the Role

Ora is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing and Social Media Executive to manage paid marketing and social media and help build and scale the brand's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, retargeting and performance optimisation.
- Track and analyse key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Manage Ploomm's social media platforms and prepare monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with the creative team for posts, reels, creatives and paid-ad assets.
- Identify trends and develop engaging content ideas for social media.
- Monitor competitors and identify new digital growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Continuously test new audiences, creatives and campaign strategies to improve performance.

Requirements





- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing/performance marketing.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and content.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and take optimisation decisions.
- Experience working with creative/design teams.

What We're Looking For

Someone who is hands-on, analytical, creative and takes ownership of digital marketing.

Candidates with proven experience managing paid campaigns and measurable results will be preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
