Role Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic Showroom Supervisor to oversee daily sales, pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and service advisor tasks at our TVS dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Customer Support: Guide walk-in customers through vehicle models, features, and purchasing steps.
- PDI Quality Checks: Inspect new two-wheelers before delivery to ensure zero-defect handovers.
- Service Advisory: Handle service walk-ins, create job cards, and coordinate repairs with the workshop team.
- Showroom Operations: Maintain smooth workflow, high customer satisfaction, and timely deliveries.

Requirements:

- Experience in two-wheeler sales, PDI, or service advisory preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic technical understanding of two-wheelers.
