Communicate with customers through phone, email, and messages. Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally. Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams. Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, payments, or documentation. Maintain accurate customer records and databases. Prepare reports and update customer information. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Schedule appointments, meetings, or customer interactions when required. Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers. Provide regular updates to customers regarding their requests.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
