Plant Manager – Fruitaco

Fruitaco is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to join our growing team and take responsibility for the smooth and efficient management of our manufacturing plant.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in plant/factory management.
- Strong understanding of FMCG manufacturing and operations.
- Good knowledge of production planning, quality, inventory, manpower and day-to-day plant operations.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage teams and ensure smooth production operations.
- Experience in the food & beverage/FMCG industry will be preferred.
