Job Overview

We are looking for an Online Bidder responsible for generating business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other relevant portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on online bidding platforms.
- Prepare and submit skilled bids, proposals, and cover letters.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions.
- Generate leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage client communication through email, chat, and online meetings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into projects.
- Prepare quotations and proposals based on project requirements.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, proposals, follow-ups, and project status.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly bidding, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales, development, and digital marketing teams for successful project closure.

Requirements





- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust proposal writing and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of Website Development, Software Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Digital Marketing, CRM, and ERP services.
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

KPIs

- Number of bids submitted.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Client responses received.
- Meetings scheduled.
- Projects converted.
- Revenue generated through online bidding.

Salary: As per experience and company standards
Joining: Immediate / As per availability

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
