About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our architectural and engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for structural design, analysis, coordination, and preparation of construction drawings for residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. Note : We are not looking for any freshers only experienced professionals

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare structural designs and analysis for RCC and steel structures.
- Develop structural drawings, details, reinforcement drawings, and schedules.
- Coordinate structural designs with architectural, MEP, and BIM teams.
- Review architectural drawings and identify structural requirements and conflicts.
- Perform structural calculations and ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes and project standards.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors during execution.
- Conduct design reviews, clash detection, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, specifications, design reports, and technical documentation.




- Review shop drawings and provide technical inputs during construction.
- Ensure drawings and deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structural design.
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and preferably Revit/BIM.
- Positive understanding of IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920 and related codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of BIM-based structural coordination will be an advantage.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with relevant structural engineering experience. M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering is preferred.
