Job Tilte: Civil Commercial & MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities: -

- Maintain daily project, purchase, material, and commercial data in Excel/software; update MIS reports, registers, and trackers.
- Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, bills and delivery documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.
- Assist in preparation and submission of tenders and quotations.
- Assist in checking tender requirements, quantities and commercial conditions.
- Check quantities of civil, structural and highway-related works.
- Prepare measurements, quantity statements and reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurements and work quantities.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare purchase comparison statements and purchase orders, coordinate with vendors regarding rates, availability, delivery and payment terms.
- Follow up on material dispatch and delivery to project sites.
- Maintain purchase records,



vendor details and material requirements assist in vendor evaluation and price negotiation.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Understanding of construction materials and basic civil engineering concepts.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and billing.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to communicate with vendors, site engineers and management.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1–4 years in construction/infrastructure, tendering, QS, purchase or commercial work.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills and relevant construction knowledge may also be considered.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.
