We are looking for a creative and experienced Fashion Designer to join our e-commerce team. The candidate will be responsible for developing fashion designs, creating collections, understanding market trends, and preparing design concepts suitable for brands selling across leading e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, colors, styling, and commercial fashion, along with the ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and suitable for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop recent and creative fashion designs based on brand requirements and market trends.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and collection themes.
- Research current fashion trends, competitor products, customer preferences, and marketplace trends.
- Develop designs suitable for different e-commerce categories and target audiences.
- Prepare sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications.
- Select appropriate fabrics, colors, trims, prints, patterns, and embellishments.
- Coordinate with sampling, production, sourcing, and merchandising teams.
- Review samples and suggest changes to improve fit, design, finishing, and overall appearance.
- Work closely with brand teams to understand their design requirements and brand identity.
- Develop collections according to seasonal trends, launches,



and commercial requirements.
- Ensure designs are commercially viable and suitable for mass production.
- Create and maintain design sheets, measurement charts, tech packs, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and content teams when required for e-commerce shoots.
- Ensure products are visually appealing and aligned with the brand's positioning.
- Track competitor collections and identify opportunities for new product development.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet collection and product development deadlines.

E-Commerce-Focused Responsibilities

- Develop designs specifically suited for online marketplaces such as:
- Myntra
- AJIO
- Nykaa
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Tata CLiQ
- Other relevant e-commerce platforms
- Analyze best-selling products and marketplace trends to identify new design opportunities.
- Create commercially focused designs based on customer demand and online sales trends.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to understand product performance and use insights for future collections.
- Ensure product designs and styling are suitable for online presentation and photography.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
