# Sales & Technical Engineer – Building Management Systems (BMS)

Exenture Life Safety India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its **Building Management System (BMS) and Life Safety business** and is looking for **3–4 dynamic Sales & Technical Engineers** to strengthen our presence across **North India**.

We are looking for candidates who can combine **technical understanding with sales and business development skills**.

## Key Responsibilities

### Sales & Business Development

* Identify and develop new opportunities for **BMS, IBMS and Life Safety solutions**.

* Develop relationships with **consultants, developers, MEP contractors, system integrators and end clients**.

* Conduct client meetings, product presentations and technical demonstrations.

* Generate leads, manage sales opportunities and support business closure.

* Prepare quotations, follow-ups, negotiations and support order conversion.

### Technical Sales & Presales

* Understand customer requirements and propose suitable BMS solutions.

* Prepare **BOQs, technical proposals, compliance sheets and system architectures**.

* Support consultants and clients with technical clarifications and product specifications.

* Understand BMS integration with **HVAC, electrical, energy meters and other building systems**.

* Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, costing and proposals.

* Participate in tenders, pre-bid meetings and technical discussions.

### Project & Technical Support

* Coordinate with project and engineering teams during project execution.

* Support installation,



testing and commissioning activities when required.

* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

* Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales and technical teams.

## Candidate Profile

* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in **Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation or related fields**.

* Experience in **BMS, HVAC, ELV, Building Automation, Fire & Life Safety or technical sales** will be preferred.

* **Freshers are also welcome to apply.**

* Candidates with a combination of **technical and sales/business development skills** will be preferred.

* Basic understanding of **BMS, HVAC controls, energy management and system integration**.

* Knowledge of **BACnet, Modbus, IoT or IBMS** will be an advantage.

* Strong communication, presentation and client-handling skills.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel.
