Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Coordinator to oversee in-house sales operations, coordinate with production and dispatch teams, manage order processing, and ensure smooth execution of sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily In-house sales operations and order processing.

· Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams for timely delivery

· Monitor Sales targets and ensure achievements of monthly and quarterly goals

· Handle customer enquiries, quotations, pricing, and follow-ups

· Maintain accurate sales reports and MIS documentations

· Track inventory levels in coordination with operations

· Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

· Supervise and guide the sales coordination team

· Develop strategies to improve order turnaround time

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.





· Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade fairs when required.

· Prepare sales reports and MIS

Required Skills:

1. Strong leadership and team management skills

2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

3. Good knowledge of sales operations and inventory coordination

4. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems

5. Robust analytical and problem-solving

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.

· 5 - 7 yrs of relevant sales experience in FMCG/manufacturing industry.

· Experience in handling in-house sales coordination is mandatory.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
