Job Title: Warehouse Executive – D2C Operations

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive with 1–3 years of experience in D2C/E-commerce warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing inventory, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and day-to-day warehouse activities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately as per order details.
- Ensure proper product labeling, packaging, and order dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Handle returns, replacements, and RTO orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely dispatch and pickups.
- Maintain proper warehouse organization and ensure products are stored safely.
- Update warehouse records, trackers, and system entries regularly.
- Follow SOPs for quality, safety, hygiene,



and inventory handling.
- Coordinate with the Customer Support, Operations, and Procurement teams when required.
- Support stock audits and other warehouse-related activities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in D2C/E-commerce/warehouse operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and warehouse/order management systems.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse operations.
- Prior experience with D2C brands will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
