Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing business development team.

The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities across our service offerings, including HR & Employee Engagement Services

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with outbound sales, proactive in approaching potential clients, and interested in building long-term corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, email & online research
- Connect with HR, Admin, Procurement, Founders & Business Heads
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Schedule meetings, send proposals and follow up with prospects
- Build solid client relationships and convert leads into business
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



HR, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, tele-sales, recruitment sales, corporate sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales may also be considered.

Pay: ₹11,587.04 - ₹40,957.42 per month
