Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing & Dispatch Executive to manage billing activities, prepare invoices, coordinate dispatch operations, and maintain accurate records. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally and be comfortable handling daily billing and dispatch-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and other billing documents.
- Handle billing and accounting entries using Tally.
- Coordinate daily dispatches and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Verify orders, quantities, and billing details before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, stock movement, and dispatches.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and deliveries.
- Ensure all billing and dispatch activities are completed accurately and on time.




- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in billing and dispatch operations is preferred.
- Working knowledge and experience in Tally is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work accurately and manage multiple tasks.
- Candidates with relevant experience in billing, accounts, logistics, or dispatch will be preferred.
- Candidate must be willing to stay in the company-provided accommodation.

Salary & Perks

- Salary: As per experience and company standards.
- Company accommodation will be provided.
- Food will also be provided by the company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
