- Manage projects in PMC/EPC roles
- Solid civil construction, quality & safety knowledge
- Read drawings and execute site work
- Handle site activities (excavation, concreting, structural work)
- Ensure safety, compliance & progress reporting
- Coordinate with team and maintain site cleanliness
