We are hiring a Billing Engineer with hands-on experience in client billing, contractor billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and RA bills for building construction projects. This is not a Site Engineer role.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Billing Engineers with a strong background in building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and contractor/client billing while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and process Client Bills, Contractor Bills, RA (Running Account) Bills, and Final Bills in accordance with contract terms.
- Carry out Quantity Estimation and Quantity Take-Off from approved drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare and update BOQs (Bill of Quantities), Measurement Sheets, and billing documentation.
- Reconcile executed quantities with site records and certify completed work for billing purposes.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Contractors for measurement verification and timely bill certification.




- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of client and contractor bills to maintain project cash flow.
- Review work orders, contracts, rate analysis, and variations to ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain billing records, measurement books (MB), BOQs, and supporting documents for audit and project reference.
- Monitor project progress and support Project Cost Control through accurate billing and quantity reconciliation.
- Prepare billing reports, payment tracking, and MIS using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual terms, and company billing procedures.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and contractor/client billing.
- Ability to read civil drawings and prepare measurements accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Note: Experience in building construction projects is mandatory.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
