About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Listing & E-Commerce Manager with strong expertise in bulk product listing, Shopify, website catalog management, Canva, and A+ Content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product catalogues, improving listing quality, leading the listing team, and ensuring products are accurately and attractively presented across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage bulk product listing processes, including product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, attributes, and other catalogue information.

2. Manage and maintain product listings on company website, ensuring accurate, complete, and up-to-date product information.

3. Upload and manage products in bulk using Excel/CSV files, Shopify import tools, and other listing/catalogue management tools.

4. Create and optimise A+ Content/A+ Listings, including product descriptions, feature highlights, comparison sections, and visual content.

5. Coordinate product images and create/edit product creatives, banners, infographics, and listing visuals using Canva.

6. Add new products and categories to the website and e-commerce platforms while ensuring consistency in product data and presentation.

7. Review existing listings and identify opportunities to improve content quality, product visibility, SEO, images, specifications, and conversion potential.

8. Ensure all product listings follow platform guidelines, website standards, SEO practices, and internal quality benchmarks.

9. Manage, mentor, and guide the product listing team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely completion of bulk listing and catalogue activities.

10. Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, track listing progress,



and provide regular feedback to achieve departmental KPIs and targets.

11. Coordinate with the Product, Purchase, Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to collect accurate product information and ensure timely listing.

12. Analyse product/category performance and continuously improve **listing quality, category structure, website visibility, and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills Required

1. 3–5 years of relevant experience in product listing, catalogue management, merchandising, or category management.

2. Strong hands-on experience with **bulk product listing and catalogue management**.

3. Proficiency in Shopify and website product listing.

4. Proven experience in handling product catalogues and listings across multiple platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).

5. Strong knowledge of A+ Content/A+ Listings, product content optimisation, and visual merchandising.

6. Hands-on experience with Canva for creating product banners, infographics, product images, and promotional creatives.

7. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, CSV uploads, bulk uploads, and listing tools.

8. Solid understanding of product titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, keywords, and basic SEO.

9. Prior experience in team handling, task allocation, performance monitoring, and achieving KPIs.

10. Strong attention to detail with excellent **organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills**.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
