Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the month-end closure process. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with accounting systems, and a explicit understanding of financial principles and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
- Assist with statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation for audits.
- Generate MIS reports and assist in financial analysis when required.




- Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal control procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, or finance.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Experience with vendor management and statutory compliance preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
