Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages as per service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
- Assist Captains and senior service staff during operations.
- Ensure proper table setup and clearing.
- Handle guest requests professionally and promptly.
- Follow all F&B; hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality/F&B; is preferred.
- Freshers with a good attitude and willingness to learn can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented and well-groomed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Captain

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 years
Salary: Competitive + Service Charge

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.




- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service.
- Take orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, service standards, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
- Train and guide Stewards and junior service staff.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager/Outlet Manager with daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in F&B;/service operations.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent guest-handling abilities.
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused.
- Ability to manage a team in a rapid-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
