Automotive SME / Automotive Trainer

About the Role

Aasraa Trust is looking for an experienced Automotive SME / Automotive Trainer for its Skillability program. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and classroom-based automotive training and developing learners’ technical skills and employ-ability.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver practical and classroom training to automotive students.

* Manage and maintain the 4-wheeler automotive lab.

* Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions.

* Assess learners’ performance and provide constructive feedback.

* Develop industry-relevant technical skills among learners.

* Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and training facilities.

* Support learners in developing workplace readiness and employ-ability skills.

* Coordinate with the Program Lead regarding training plans and learner progress.





* Ensure training is aligned with current automotive industry requirements.

* Maintain training records, assessments, and learner progress reports.

Eligibility & Requirements

* ITI / Diploma / Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry/training.

* Robust practical knowledge of automobile systems and 4-wheeler vehicles.

* Good communication and classroom management skills.

* Ability to conduct hands-on technical training.

* Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing young learners.

* Experience in vocational training or skill-development programs will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
