Position: MANAGER / SR. MANAGER – STORE

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic skilled to join our team as Manager / Sr. Manager – Store for our Solar Manufacturing Plant.

Location: Bhayla

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall Store, Warehouse, and Material Management operations.
- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and material traceability.
- Monitor GRN, material inward/outward, stock transfer, and material issuance.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage of raw materials, consumables, spares, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Control inventory levels and minimize excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Manage warehouse manpower, contractors, material handling equipment, and storage systems.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, ISO procedures, and company policies.
- Drive inventory optimization, process improvement, cost reduction,



and warehouse efficiency.
- Manage ERP/SAP-based store transactions and documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Graduate – Supply Chain / Material Management preferred.
- Experience: 10–15 years in Store / Warehouse / Material Management, preferably in Solar / PV Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, ERP/SAP, and material handling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and team-management skills.
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing plants will be an advantage.
