1. Team Management & Supervision: Lead and manage a team of Accounts Executives. Monitor attendance, leaves and productivity.

2. Accounts Operations: Customer Invoicing, Follow ups, Collection, Vendor invoice verification, payment processing, TDS deduction, Bank Reconciliation, Fund Management.

Compliance & Reporting: Prepare MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Reports for Management.

4. Process & Controls: Implement Finance Controls, Cost Optimization and Process improvements. Coordinate with HR, Sales and Operations for billing and approvals.

5. Training & Coordination: Train new members on Accounting process and Software.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
