Key responsibility :

a) Learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business process

b) Support management team with their daily tasks

c) Understand each department's daily process and who are need to work closely

d) Provide administrative supportive

e) Get familiar with personnal duties and responsibilities

f) Participate in company's strategic planning and execution

g) Help manager in evaluating performance like writing reports, analysing data etc.,

h) Research ways in which to reduce the cost and increase the profitability

i) Create and give presentations for meeting, help in making MIS reports

Key Tasks :

a) Suggest solution for improvement in logistics and backend support for export assigned work

b) Working closely with production, planning and warehosue department to ensure the goods are available for shipment ontime - bags - factory stuffing & CFS move

c) Prepare the complete documentation for Bags export shipments, followup with CHA for SB checklist & filing, followup with forwarder for SI/Form 13 for each container

c) Ensure to cross verify the shipping bill checklist for all the export shipments of Bags and SB filing with appropriate HS code & tariff, E-FCR followup,



maintain export registers

d) Bags - export container loading, 7 point checkup, RFID sealing, photos, trailer out - complete followup and update to his superior and department HOD

e) Bags prepare cost sheet for applying preferential certificate for export shipments to specific destination to avail the duty exemption benefit

Related Skill : a) A bachelor's degree in any discipline or logistics, or final year student

b) A Diploma in export import management

c) A strategic & analytical skill

d) A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes & organization structure

e) Problem solving and analytical skill

f) Excellent written / verbal communication skill

g) Presentation skill including use of common tools such as word , excel and power point

h) Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational changes
